All finalized video assets produced by Scalelytic are owned by the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to use snippets or whole assets for our own portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality marketing assets, we do not guarantee specific sales, royalties, or conversion results. You agree that Scalelytic is not liable for any financial losses or damages incurred as a result of using our services.
